(As long as the adultery was not on the man’s part)


God allows, only religious human will disallow.


Divorce is not allowed, neither is remarriage.

What God hath joined together, let no man put asunder. Pretty clear. One scripture can not be used to “trump” another. There is harmony in God’s word.

If a man or woman commits adultery that is the only grounds for divorce. If a man/woman divorce for other reasons then remarry they commit a sin.

So you are right. The new marriage would be sanctioned by G-d and no sin committed.
